These terms govern your purchase from store.rella.im, operated by RELLA PTE. LTD ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products & pricing

All prices are shown in Singapore dollars (SGD) and are the full amount payable — there is no tax added at checkout. We make every effort to describe and price items accurately; if we discover an error in the price or description of an item you've ordered, we'll contact you and you may confirm or cancel the order.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — and will refund any payment in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe, which accepts major cards and PayNow. We do not store your card details.

Shipping

We ship within Singapore only. Delivery is a flat S$2.99, free for orders over S$50. Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Returns & refunds

Your rights to return items and receive refunds are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer in Singapore. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
