This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use store.rella.im, why we collect it, and your rights under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). The data controller is RELLA PTE. LTD.

What we collect

• Order & contact details — your name, email address, and shipping address, which you provide at checkout so we can process and deliver your order.
• Order history — the items, quantities, and amounts of your purchases.
• Cookies — a cart cookie that remembers what you've added (essential for the site to work), and Google advertising/analytics cookies that measure ad performance.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe; your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

How we use your data

• To process, fulfil, and ship your order, and to send order confirmation and tracking emails.
• To handle returns, refunds, and support requests.
• To measure and improve our advertising (Google Ads / Google Shopping).

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with service providers who help us run the shop:

• Stripe — to take payment securely.
• Google Analytics / Firebase — anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed, purchase funnels) on this site and in our mobile apps, and crash reports from the apps so we can fix bugs. These do not include your name, address, or payment details.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — if you install our app and allow notifications, we store a device token to send you order-status updates (e.g. "your order has shipped"). Declining notifications changes nothing else about your account.
• Google — advertising and conversion measurement.
• Delivery partners — your name and address, to deliver your parcel.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We retain order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations in Singapore, after which we delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask us to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw consent. Email hello@rella.im and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
